Sacking football managers

Today we saw the sacking of Mark Cooper of Peterborough United after only 13 games. This makes the sacking of Darren Ferguson their last man look like a Golden Goodbye and the very best of luck with your new chosen career of Catle Husbandry!! Remember too Luton Town sacking Mike Harford after having a 30 point point deduction in League two (Certain relegation)
and taking Luton to Wembly and winning the Johnsons Paint Trophy.
Just what the Hell is going on in the Board rooms of our clubs. Is there a new breed of directors or are they as is the world today wanting everyting to happen yesterday.
If a club is looking for a new manager they read thru a pile of CV's and best choose the best man.
Every manager old, new, existing or expired if generally good enough for any job in football management. There are men in Non League who could walk into Old Trafford and do a great job. If Mark cooper was THE MAN 13 days ago then he's the right man now. Peterborough are either existing well above it's weight or just one of those 'cancer ridden' clubs that needs to move down and start again.I think that is where Perterborough are and either Mr Ferguson or Cooper could have done a good job. The NEW MAN is only going to find the same baggage.
Aldershots old Manager Garry Waddock went to Wycombe and is finding just that even though he is a great manager.
Is it me !!!???

If anyone thinks that we are a class less society then they are either mad or just ignorant. Everyting about the way this country frunctions on a societal and personal level involves class.
You are probably thinking that I am some sad Marxist with a chip on my shoulder. I will admit to the latter because I wouldn't be British without feeling the sad baggage that has destroyed this country.
If I am to be true to my word then I come from a Lower Middle Class back ground.I grew up experiencing a higher life style thanks to my Dads jobs in Colonial style Jamacia. But I also experienced a bump down to Earth growing up in a Surrey town around those Public School types that can be mistaken for Royalty. I was certainly not like that.
The whole class thing for me was for a while one of looking up.Their humour and fast brains was just fantastic for a while. The truth is that you are not one of them and will never be.
That was 1980s Britain. A whole generation of working or upper working class kids became gentrified for good or bad.The Thatchrite thing came from a Grammar school stock but reaked of all the old values and green Wellington boots
Those kids as did the county grew up in the 90s.It was not hip to be a Sloane anymore. But underneath it all the modern society that evolved naturally and politically with New Labour was still held together with Class. Of course there was class positive discrimination with the media sacking anyone with a plummy voice. Today however Rupert is back alive and kicking slimming their way back into the majority of out TV programms.
Is it Public School nepatism or is it that we just find it better to be dominated and ruled by these people.
The next General election will answer this question. If those 200,0000 people in 90 constituencies that can swing an election are feeling like having a lad of Toffs running the country then that must the general feeling---sadly
It is Class that has destroyed this society. If there a broken one then it is it's force that has put a huge spanner in the works and totally piss everyone off deep down. Its not there as it was with cap doffing.People are generally polite to each other between all classes.
It's just THERE like an almost inbred freeling we British have about ourselves.
It will not go by any political means,No social engineering will work. Only cuttuing off the snakes head will sart the ball rolling. But can this country grow up and be a Republic!!"
